Okinawa Prefecture Government plans to build railway on the Futemma basement if it was return to Okinawa.
However, Okinawa citizens usually their car so government may not collect the budget.
If there is both agreement of American and Japanese government, Futemma basement will be returned to Okinawa in 2022.
