今日もシドニーは寒いです。

日本はもうすでに真夏日でしょうか。

さて、今日はオーストラリアのスラングをいくつか習ったので、ここに書いておこうと思います。

その後に英語日記を書きたいと思います。

これらのスラングは、ほんの一部だそうです。
以下、英語日記です。


Today, I learned slung of Australia at the school.

After the class, I went to state of library as usual.

When I was studying English, suddenly an old man put his hand on his chest, and started to suffer.

He was paralyzed.

A Chinese called an ambulance.

A few minutes later, amburance service came the library, and bring him to a hospital.

I don't know what has become of him.

I hope he could be healthy.



上記のhealthyは少し変な気がしますが…。
先生に手直ししてもらおうかな。

English Diary 1st July 2015

みなさんこんにちは。
今日から７月になりました。
一年も折り返し地点。
やっぱり一年はとても早いです。
特に二十歳を過ぎてからの速さといったらとてつもないものがあります。
1日を大切に過ごしていきたいものです。

今日は、学習したことを少し復習した後に英語日記を書きます。

相手が言っていることがわからなくてもう一度聞き返したい場合に使える表現。

Sorry?
Say again?
One more time?
Could you repeat it please?
Could you say that again?

上記は一応、誰にでも使えると思いますが、目上の人に対してはCould~を使用するほうが好ましいかもしれません。

What?
Huh?

上記はだいぶrude、無礼な感じに聞こえるようなので、親しい友達以外には使用しないほうがいいとのことでした。

他には、相手の言っていることを理解することができなかった場合に発する言葉を書いておきます。

Sorry, I don't understand.
Sorry, I didn't catch that.
I'm not sure what you said/mean.


もっと大きな声で話して欲しいときや、ゆっくり話してほしいときに使える表現。
（Ask to speak louder/slower）

Can you speak up/louder?
Your speaking too quietly. I can't hear you.
Could you speak slowly please?
You're speaking too fast.


次はどのように発音してよいかわからないときに使える表現。
I don't know how to say/pronounce.
How do you say "~" pronounce it?


お次は、相手の発言を理解したことを示す表現。
OK.
I see.
Sweet us! (オーストラリア特有らしいです）
Cool!
Yep, sweet.
All good.
Yeah.
No worries.

反対に、理解していないことを示す場合。
Ummm...
Ahhhh...
Gime a second.


いろいろな表現があります。
ボディラングエッジも習いましたが、日本と似ているものが多かったです。

以下、英語日記です。


Yesterday, I told a president that I want to improve the class because I cannot attend J-Shine class unless I improve.

Then the president said "I will discuss whether you can go up or not with your teacher. Which class do you go?"

"Pre-Intermidiate." I said.

I must  have said more gramatically "I attend pre-intermidiate class sir."

However, I became narvous because my conversation partner was the president.

I hope I could go up to the better class.



シェアハウスの人たちとも結構慣れてきているかな？
今日はお昼ご飯にサンドイッチを自作して持って行きました。
オーストラリアは物価が高いので、節約のためです。
その分時給も良いところは良いみたいです。
シドニーのシティには色んな国の人がいて、面白いです。
そして、年齢層が結構若い？気がします。
沖縄県はお年寄りが多かった気が…。というか、日本は少子高齢化社会ということもあるでしょうが、若いエネルギーが僕の地元よりも流れているような気がしています。
みんな理由はそれぞれですが、オーストラリアに来た理由を聞くと面白い答えが返ってきます。
これからも色んな話が聞けるように、良い出会いがあるといいなと思います。

みなさんこんにちは。
今日はギターを友達からいただき、とても嬉しくて思わずハイドパークというシティ内で有名な大きな公園のベンチで弾きまくってしまいました。

Today's theme is Subscription.
Teacher is Chris. He was absent yesterday.
He was finally recovering.


回復する、と使用したいときに、どの単語を使用してよいかわからなかったのですが、YouTubeのバイリンガールチャンネルを見て解決しました。
今日は短いですが、この辺で…。

English Diary 29th June 2015

皆さんこんにちは。
今回も、英語日記を書きます。


Today, teather I meet first time comes in the class.
Her name is Alexa.
She is very energytic and she have good voice.
We played some activities to speak English, today's class ended.
It was very fan and exciting.
After the class, I went to Starbucks store with my friends and drank a cup of coffee.
My friend A oredered a green tea frappecchino.
I ordered long black tall.
I always oreder long black when I go to the cafe.
We planed for this weekend.
We decided to go Opera House in this weekend.
I have already visited to there.
However, it seems to be fan for me.
I'm looking forward to this weekend.

何か英語日記の参考書買おうかと考えています。
書いている時に、英語ならではのニュアンスというか、ネイティブだったらここはこのように発言する、みたいなことにもっと精通したいので、方法を模索中です。

English Diary 28th June 2015

みなさんこんにちは。
今日はシェアハウスに移り、新たな住まいでの生活です。
初日なので、挨拶にとビールを買いましたが、今までのところフランス人しか受け取ってくれませんでした。

フランス人と30分ほど英語で喋りました。
プログラミングをしているらしく、言語はCとJavaだそうです。
中国人の周りを気にしない感じ以外はまあまあ快適というべきか、
英語環境が整っている点、恵まれた環境だと言えるかもしれません。

以下、英語日記です。文法など正確ではないですがご了承ください。

Today, I moved to a shear flat in sity.
A French and a hong kong stay in the room.
I bought some beers for them.
The French got one pleasantly but the hong kong didn't receive a beer.
Then, I talked to the French for half an hour.
He is kind and good men.
He is studying programming.



時間がないので今日はこの辺で。
1日最低でも1行は書くことにします。

English Diary

皆さんこんにちは。

今日は、have to と mustの違いについて少しメモしたいと思います。

have toは外的要因が加わり、「〜しなくてはいけない」という状況になる時に使う。
一方mustは自分の意志で「〜しなくてはいけない」という意味になるそうです。

ニュアンスが違うみたいです。
その辺もうまく使い分けることができるようになると、ネイティブに一歩近づけるような気がします。

以下、英語日記です。
文法や表現は正しいものとは限らないので悪しからず。

This is real story.
When I went a train station bear from my house, trains didn't run.
So, I asked a station attendant about why trains don't run.
The women attendant said "we cannot run because we have to fix railways".
I'm shocked to hear that.
I had to go to the central station, so I reluctantly got in a bus going to central station.
It took about one hour from Sutherland to central.
When I arrived central, I was very tired.
I thought of a plan of tomorrow.
I will date a girl tomorrow 13:00.
But the girl may feel bad without using train.
I sent a massage to her about cancelling dating.
A reply from her isn't still arrived...

今日はあまり運の良い日ではありませんでした。
明日は明日の風が吹く。

みなさんこんにちは。

シドニーの冬を少し舐めていました。
というのも、10度を下回ることはないだろうと勝手な推測のもと、服を持ってきたためコートなどを用意していなかったのです。
それに昼夜の気温差がとても大きい。

今回は、先生に英語で日記をつけなさいとアドバイスがあったので、実践しようと思います。
かなりずさんな文法力、語彙力ですが多めにみてください。



Today, I attended English class. A Teacher came to class at 9:30.  His name is Chris. He was born in Newzealand. He has visited a lot of country. He can speak English, French and Spanish.
First, Chris asked our about a Job. He said "Do you have a job?"
"Yes, I do," a classmate Kenji answered.
Chris continued to ask some questions.
Chris said "How many days a week do you work?"
Kenji said "I work 5 days a week."
Chris, "How many hours a day do you work?"
"I work 6 hours a day" Kenji answered.
I think that it's about time I have to find a job. Because, I must pay a rent from next Friday. I will move to new accommodation. 8 people live in there. Last week, when I went to pay 2weeks bond and key deposit, I met a French and a Korean and a Taiwanese and a Chinese. Japanese don't live there. It seems to be good for me because I think I can train my English.
After the class, I went to ask Tomoko about my course. Before I come to Australis, I enrolled J-SHINE course. I asked whether I take the course. "Of course, you can attend a lecture in J-SHINE class," Tomoko said. I'm confused to hear that. Because I heard that the preliminary students cannot attend J-SHINE course. Tomoko misunderstood. She said "you need to raise a level to attend J-SHINE class. The class will start at 6th July." I asked her some advise. She adviced  writing diary, asking unfamiliar word. I decided to practice that from today.
